I always knew I was made for more.

For the past 4 years I have been working with the power of manifestation and breathwork to create a life I once dreamt of - and I am only just getting started!

What really lights me up is showing women their true potential. That it isn’t selfish to want a big, boujee life but it is actually your birth right!

I’ve been through a bit of sh*t… the loss of my mum, severe depression, the breakdown of a 7 year relationship. All of those experiences have shaped me to be the person I am today. One that stands in her power and her worth. In return, showing others just how good life gets to be.

Think of me as your biggest hype girl, constantly pushing you out of your safe zone and making you uncomfortable in order for you to grow. Because we can’t grow when we feel safe and sometimes we just need to say f*ck it, feel the fear and do it anyway!
