What is Breathwork
Breathwork is a direct experience of transformation and healing, through the power of the breath.
Conscious, connected breathing brings us out of the mind and into the body. Our brain waves start to shift and we open the door to our subconscious mind. This is where we can transform stuck, frozen energy, close the loop on any unresolved traumas, release any stored emotions from the body mind system and manifest the life of our dreams.
This creates space for anything new and emerging, so that you can live the life that you truly desire and deserve.

Is Breathwork for everyone?
Short answer, unfortunately no. There are types of Breathwork techniques that everyone can add into their daily practice but when it comes to activation breathing, we are very thorough in making sure it is safe for everyone. There are certain contraindications that will restrict some from doing activated breathing in a journey. If you want to talk more - contact me anytime.
What actually happens in a journey?
You will be breathing in activation phase for around 40 minutes, and in restorative phase for around 20 minutes. Activation phase is what stimulates the Sympathetic Nervous System and Limbic system and opens the gates to the subconscious mind. This is where we can close the loop on any unresolved trauma, understand why we behave and act in certain ways, receive messages and insights from a higher power, relieve stress and tension, and much more. The restorative phase of the journey is where everything is slowed down, it is when our Parasympathetic nervous system is activated (our rest and digest - feminine energy), this is the time to integrate whatever came up in the activation phase and to give your bodymind system time and space to process anything that came up.
How many sessions do I need?
This all depends on what sort of results you are after, the more frequent you commit to this work, the more you will see results. I would highly recommend booking a 1:1 session, then if you are comfortable with it, looking at a package. Therefor we can work together to work through any past traumas or blocks in your life. A one off journey is still going to help you a lot, but frequent sessions are where big changes and results will happen.
Does it matter where I am at in my healing journey?
Not at all, Breathwork can be implemented into your life an any point.
