Hi, I am Tinelle Langdon, a certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator based in Northland, New Zealand and the founder of The Breath Space.
Having discovered breathwork two and a half years ago, the practice had a profound impact on me, significantly improving my mental wellbeing, and helping me move through quite severe postnatal depression.
I spent 15 year of my life numbing my pain and trauma with alcohol and drugs. If someone had told me three years ago that I would be living a sober life, hosting my own events and retreats plus facilitating breathwork to my community, I would have said you were living on another planet.
I have tried everything over the years, pills, diets, waste trainers (I mean, really?), creams, fads, you name it. Nothing worked, I always said to myself that something must be ‘wrong’ with me because I just couldn’t seem to shake this underlying depression and there's no way I would stick to something for more than a couple of months. Very often I would give up because I felt nothing was working.
This guide has everything in it that has helped me along my journey and I have designed it in a way to fit your lifestyle. This is everything I use on a daily or weekly basis to live fulfilling and abundant life.
