This is where I teach you tangible steps on how to have a healthy sleep cycle and the why behind creating one, so that you understand and are more aware of why sleep is so important for us (I can almost guarantee you, there’s reasons and facts in here that you have never heard before).
Week 2
Breathwork: Creating space for change
When we feel triggered and stressed, it is so hard to know how to work with those emotions, instead we tend to try and make them go away or numb them out. In week 2 I teach you all about breathwork, the benefits and how to fit it in to your day through reading as well as some videos to show you the techniques.
Week 3
Journaling: Uncovering inner thoughts
Did you know that there are many different types of journaling? There’s journaling for mental health, manifestation, exercise and fitness, for better sleep, goal setting… and so on. In week 3 I teach you all of the different types (because as with all of life, it isn’t a one size fits all approach and you need to find what works best for you). You will also get a library of journaling prompts to get you started.
Week 4
Self-care: Nourishing the mind and body
Self-care is not selfish, it is vital for feeling your best self. In week 4 I teach you about the key advantages to creating a regular self-care practice - whether that be a DIY spa night (which I also teach you how to create on a budget!), digital detox, mindfulness walk and so on.
Week 5
Mindfulness & awareness: Cultivating presence
Mindfulness and awareness in my eyes is one of the most important aspects to create real change. This week I teach you all about this topic, as well as take you through a 20 minute mindfulness practice that you can begin incorporating into your daily / weekly routine.
Week 6
Integration: Crafting a sustainable plan
Potentially the most important week, this is where we plan out your next steps going forward, we go over what you felt worked for you and what didn’t, then we craft a plan for you to really focus in on the things that did work and soon enough, these changes you have been making each week, will be habits in your every day life.
Then say hello to the new and improved version of you.
